TOBI's Minion Enhancements is a lightweight addon for Minions Remastered that gives your minions improved tools, more precise mining controls, automatic bridging, and torch placement.
Minions Remastered is required to use this mod.
What It Adds
- Shared pickaxe, axe, shovel, and torch slots for your minions
- Tool enchantments that improve minion mining speed and harvested drops
- Shared tools that do not lose durability while minions use them
- Precise Point A and Point B area selection for Mine Ahead and Mine Down
- A visible particle outline showing the selected mining area
- Automatic bridges across dangerous gaps
- Automatic floor torch placement while mining
- Configurable bridge and torch settings
Shared Minion Equipment
Right-click one of your owned minions with an empty hand to open the shared equipment menu.
Place a pickaxe, axe, shovel, or torches into the available slots. All your minions can use this shared equipment when performing their tasks.
Precise Mining Areas
Mine Ahead and Mine Down allow you to select two exact points before confirming the job.
The selected area is displayed using particles so you can see where your minions will work.
- Press R to reset the selection
- Press X or Escape to cancel
- Hold Ctrl while clicking to use the original centered Minions Remastered behavior
Automatic Bridging and Torches
Minions can automatically create safe bridges while mining by using suitable blocks from their assigned chest.
They can also place torches from the shared torch slot to keep newly mined areas illuminated.
