The One Probe integration fix for non-integrated servers.
Moved client side "display_mode" config to server.
Replace workaround doing temporary manipulation of The One Probe config values in favor of the new IProbeConfigProvider which allows local, temporary suspension of configs in order to suppress The One Probe's default redstone output when looking at individual components.
