-Fix breaking forge changes introduced in 41.0.94. (issue #105)
-Fixed minor render issue when circuit is held as item where some components appeared to be facing wrong direction.
-Click anywhere on panel with redstone wrench to rotate.
Improvements to super repeater GUI (issue #106)
-Added support for scrolling to change delay. Shift-scroll to change by seconds (10 tick increments).
-Added third + and - buttons to increase/decrease by 100 ticks (10 seconds)
-Changed default max to 1000 ticks (100 seconds) and removed message warning about memory usage, since it's no longer relevant.
-Added localized message to GUI explaining how to change delay.
