## Patch 0013 (1.0.3) Crude Ui update

- Nation Expansion UI (V1) now drives all claims/roots actions directly from a single in‑world panel (no cursor selection).
- Info tab added with nation summary, ownership/region labels, and color‑coded nation name display.
- Claims tab includes smart Claim/Unclaim button states with clear cost/confirm flows and disabled‑reason chips.
- Roots Management shows Capital/Outpost/City cards with context‑aware actions, costs, and status lines.
- Single “Grow” action dynamically changes based on your current root (capital/outpost/city) with a detailed confirmation popup.
- Rename support for nation and current region/root via popup input.
- Nation color flow color picker popup with palette + random + hex input, and in‑UI color preview.
- Chunk overlay toggle available in‑UI so you can keep claim visuals on/off independently from the panel.
- UI sizing standardized to a fixed scale (locked to GUI scale 2) for consistent layout across client settings.
- Economy line shows income/upkeep/net with intuitive green/red cues and precise rates.
