Patch 0011 - HUD Palette, Trust, and Claim Safety (Official Beta)

Highlights
- The Nations HUD now uses the gold-title palette consistently, with "Timo's Nations" as the header, title styling applied, and GUI scaling locked to the reference so it stays readable across window sizes.
- JourneyMap UI buttons now keep a consistent size and their text scales to match, so the map controls stay legible at different GUI sizes.
- Trust and member permissions are reliable again: nation members can always build, trusted outsiders can build/open containers, and doors/trapdoors stay usable so players are not locked in.
- Claim safety tightened: outsiders can no longer kill animals or trample crops inside claims, and fire spread is blocked inside claimed chunks.
- Respawn safety: players without a valid bed/anchor now fall back to their capital and get a safe nearby spot instead of being stranded.
- Outpost creation reverts to the beta flow (disconnected outposts allowed with spacing rules), and the global lens shows all nations' claim ranges.
- Duplicate outpost/city names are now blocked per nation, and rename/move/upgrade commands reject names already in use.
