(Accurate day/night-cycles Mod) for Minecraft 1.7.10-1.17 by Sedridor
Ever wanted longer days or nights in Minecraft to have more time to explore or build? Maybe you even want the day lengths to vary depending on the season?
B3M is a mod that lets you change the speed of the time in Minecraft, without the undesirable slow-motion effects on mobs, actions and plant growth that other such mods do.
By default it takes 20 minutes for a full day/night cycle. You can slow down the day/night cycles up to 72 times to make Minecraft days last 24 earth hours, or you can increase the speed by up to 20 times, which would make a day last only 1 earth minute.
Recommended values are between 3-12 (for 1-4 hours per day). There's also settings for displaying the current ingame time and day.

Found an issue. Exact world day and season if you have serene seasons is shown in the top left even when f3 is not enabled
Are there any plans to continue this mod into 1.19 or 1.20? It is a staple for my modpacks :)
This is a great mod. Just hard to find. I remember it from awhile back but I took a break from Minecraft and when I came back it took me some time to find it again. Maybe just call it B3M. I think it would get a lot more downloads.
quick tip for anyone running with the curseforge app: the mod starts out in a zip file (at least in 1.8.9), so you'll have to export the jar manually for it to work in-game
This mod crashes when Oculus is installed with it, is it fixable?
Could you add a feature to separately change day length and night lenghts?
And how exactly does the combination with serene season control work?
Regards
1.18.2 Mod doesn't work with shaders at all, no matter what you will try to do on both sides, the sun/moon is off-centered from where the light is showing, wish there was a way to adjust where the sun and moon was at, not in the lat and local offset, but in where the sun/moon is at in the sky, you can see the sun far off from where the "shaders" sun is at.
Does this turn day/night cycle off?
1.19.x please

Hi, are there any plans to open source the mod? It seems really cool, and having the source code public would help people to implement compatibility into their mods, or let the help improve the codebase.
This mod has become incredibly essential for me. However, Forge seems to be on the decline, and Fabric is on the rise. So, I figured a Fabric version of this gorgeous mod would be absolutely fantastic. Is there anything planned concerning that?
In reply to Locuthos:
Forge is not on the decline
In reply to Locuthos:
LOL What a stupid remark about Forge, proves that you don't know anything.
In reply to DarkXess:
Excuse me, who asked you? I never claimed to "know anything", I'd just like to be able to run this mod on fabric. Besides, forge is unnecessarily bulky compared to fabric, which is why I dared to ASSUME that fabric might displace forge in the future. Proves you can't deal with different opinions.
In reply to DarkXess:
Well that was unnecessarily harsh.
In reply to AnonSevenSeven:
Thanks.
Im confused how do i open the config file
In reply to CowsEatPineaples:
Find it in: \AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config
Then open: B3M.cfg
For version 1.16.5, I have set the time multiplier to 4 but when I exit a world and re-enter it at a later time, the time multiplier is set back to 1...
Do I have to keep changing it back to 4 when I enter the same world or is there a way to keep it at 4 at all times?
