Tick Limiter is a lightweight mod that removes server micro-stutters in crowded areas. Passive entities far from the player only update their AI every few ticks instead of every single tick, while light updates triggered by pistons and moving blocks are grouped and processed in batches to avoid load spikes. Everything is adjustable from a simple settings menu with a couple of sliders: no heavy GUI, no dependencies, zero impact on gameplay around the player.
