I started creating a tiberium mod a while ago. It is based on tiberium
sun and tiberium wars out of the command and conquer series. Mostly on
tiberium sun ,because that's the only game with the right resources for
this mod.

I will also add some tiberium mutations like the tiberium fiend and some
mutants. Nod and the gdi(global defence initiative) will also operate in
your minecraft world, prepare for the war for tiberium.

So, what will this mods adds in your Minecraft?

in version 0.1 it adds:
-A biosuit to survive tiberium
-green tiberium
-the base for the other types of tiberium

note only green tiberium will spawn in your world. 0.2 will contain much more content

tiberium information

tiberium is very toxic so just taking it inside your inventory will kill you quite quickly.

So how would you transport the shards. Well you can put them inside a tiberium refinery, this will make it into a liquid. from here on out you can put it inside a tube and work with it. also walking in or near tiberium will be danger because of the gases. Tiberium will have a random change of making you sic,also it has a random chance with that random chance of giving you the posion debuff.

GDI
