Tiamat Game Settings

Creates a backup options file before doing anything, in case your options somehow get messed up (same directory as normal options file)

Fixed gametype-specific settings not saving when disconnecting from a game

Now supports one-time default settings for each gamemode (to be distributed by modpack creators) and does not override the players' overrides for them
