throwandesite-forge-1.19.2-1.1.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
ThrowAndesite 1.1.0
Added
- The vanilla Andesite block can now be thrown, not only Create's Andesite Alloy. Left-click with either in the main hand: it flies in a heavy arc, shatters where it lands, hits a mob for one heart and drops back as an item.
- NeoForge 1.21.1: left-clicking into empty air now throws as well.
Changed
- ThrowAndesite must now be installed on both the client and the server, in the same version.
- Forge and NeoForge: a client with the mod can't join a server without it, and vice versa.
- Fabric: a client with the mod can still join a server without it; there, left click behaves as without the mod.
- Forge: the server list now marks a server without ThrowAndesite, or with a different version, as incompatible ("Incompatible FML modded server"). 1.0.0 showed it as compatible.
- Fabric and NeoForge now require Architectury API.
Fixed
- Fabric and Forge: on a server without the mod, left-clicking with andesite broke grass, flowers, torches and other fragile blocks at the player's feet, and in creative even the block the player stood on.
- Fabric: holding andesite while looking at a nearby block threw it on its own, about five times a second, without any click. Now only clicking or holding the attack button throws.
- Forge 1.19.2 and 1.20.1, NeoForge 1.20.1: a Create deployer in punch mode holding andesite threw it. It now punches with it like with any other item.
- Forge: releasing the button after switching to andesite mid-mining threw one extra andesite.
- Spectators with andesite selected threw it (losing it from the stack) and couldn't left-click a mob to spectate it. Spectators no longer throw, and their left click is vanilla again.
Removed
- Minecraft 1.18.2 (Fabric and Forge).
Unchanged
- Same throw, same rate limit (one throw every 4 ticks while the button is held on a block, which isn't mined), same entity. Existing worlds keep working.
Compatibility
Required on both client and server, same version. A 1.1.0 client and a 1.0.0 server (or the other way round) don't connect on Forge and NeoForge; on Fabric they connect, but nothing is thrown.
Create is required on every loader:
- Fabric: Create Fabric 0.5.1 (1.19.2) or 6.x (1.20.1)
- Forge: Create 0.5.1 (1.19.2) or 6.x (1.20.1)
- NeoForge 1.20.1 and 1.21.1: Create 6.x
| Version | Loader | Also required |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric 1.19.2 | Fabric Loader 0.15.11+ | Fabric API 0.77.0+1.19.2+, Architectury API 6.6.92+ (6.x) |
| Fabric 1.20.1 | Fabric Loader 0.17.2+ | Fabric API 0.92.6+1.20.1+, Architectury API 9.2.14+ (9.x) |
| Forge 1.19.2 | Forge 43.2.3+ | nothing else |
| Forge 1.20.1 | Forge 47.1.32+ | nothing else |
| NeoForge 1.20.1 | (Forge 1.20.1 file) | nothing else |
| NeoForge 1.21.1 | NeoForge 21.1.219+ (21.1.x) | Architectury API 13.0.11+ (13.x) |
The loader minimums match what the supported Create releases need themselves. Forge 1.20.1 needs 47.1.32, the oldest Forge Create 6.0.8 actually starts on.
