Thoreso's ADO Fix

Fixes a structure generation bug in Awesome Dungeon Ocean edition by jtl_elisa

This is a very small mod that simply fixes a structure generation bug in Awesome Dungeon Ocean edition by jtl_elisa. The bug was that sometimes the ocean structures would generate above water, and thus all their drowned spawners were quite useless. Structures should only be permited to spawn underwater now.
