Thida Origin

- Automatically granted Nilakan and Narotra when selecting the Origin.

- Linked Nilakan by hitting a player while holding the doll. Changed Narotra to require looking at a player's face continuously for ten seconds; the target does not need to look back.

- Added a doll menu opened with **1**, using **2–4** to apply effects and **5** to unlink, while retaining the Shift+right-click alternative.

- Allowed right-clicking to summon the parasite doll, hitting a player to link it, and right-clicking again to cancel. Heart Bond can also be canceled by right-clicking again.

- Fixed the domain center at its casting position instead of following the caster.

- Set doll effect duration to 20 seconds, domain duration to 300 seconds, and the caster HP threshold for parasite breakage to 25.

- Set per-effect cooldowns to 30 seconds, cooldowns after ending a doll link or bond to 600 seconds, and the domain cooldown to 1,200 seconds after it ends.

- Introduced `domainActiveSeconds`, `dollEffectSeconds`, and `parasiteCasterBreakHealth`, retiring the old config keys listed in the README.

- Documented 50 HP of healing after parasite breakage, capped at maximum health.
