The-Smiler

- smiler now bridges across bubble columns

- smiler now attempts to drown you in bubble columns, a big buggy though

- smiler jumpscare now closes inventory of target player (thank you FOUND TRANSMISSION for the suggestion)

- prevented smiler chase spawning multiple times, mainly happened due to gun mods (thank you FOUND TRANSMISSION for finding the bug)||

- added torches to the list of blocks smiler stops you placing while drowning

- slightly edited how smiler stops you placing certain blocks when drowning

thank you FOUND TRANSMISSION for accidentally finding bugs, and suggesting something :)
check him out, extremely underrated
