-Fixes a critical issue with fluids with null blocks or null block names - note that these will not be written to the fluid config files.

-Add ProjectRed's "Molten Redstone" to the default blacklist - although it probably wouldn't do anything, it cluttered up the moltenFluids.cfg file.
