Thermal Evaporation Tweaks

This mod adjusts the Maximum Height and Maximum Production Rate of the Thermal Evaporation Plant.

• Maximum Height: Increased to 255 blocks.
• Maximum Production Rate: The Production Rate increases when Four of the same Mekanism EcoEnergistics Solar Stations are placed at the Four Corners of the Thermal Evaporation Plant and operate during the Daytime, with a multiplier up to 1024x.
