HOTFIX
- Fixed the bug in version 4.5.2472 (now unlisted) that crashes servers.
ADDED:
- Added a LOT of new sounds! (all made by the talented MrCompost!)
- Trolls now have unique sounds.
- And Penguins.
- And Squirrels, too.
- Pinch Beetles now have sounds for existing and pinching you. Yay! Agony!
- Slime Beetles also got new sounds.
- Don't forget about the Fire Beetles.
- Helmet Crabs weren't left out either.
- The Scepter of Twilight, Scepter of Life Draining, Zombie Scepter, and Scepter of Fortification now also have brand new unique sounds!
- Added Canopy Windows and Canopy Window Panes.
- Added the Chiseled Canopy Bookshelf.
- Has all the expected functionality of the vanilla Chiseled Bookshelf.
- Can be right-clicked with a spawn egg to turn it into a limited spawner.
- The amount of books indicate how many more mobs the shelf can spawn before reverting back into a normal Canopy Chiseled Bookshelf.
- Added a new death animation for Knight Phantoms.
- Added a new block tag that dictates which blocks the Block and Chain is able to destroy.
- Added recipe grouping to the Recipe Book. This means all wood block, Banister, and Fiery item recipes will now be grouped together for easier navigation of the Recipe Book.
CHANGED:
- The Rabbit's Pocket Watch now only prevents the player from gaining new instances of Mining Fatigue if held instead of clearing existing instances whenever the player wields it.
- The health bars of bosses now have unique colors instead of being limited to the vanilla colors.
- Squirrels and Tiny Birds now have slightly more HP.
- The Lich can no longer pop bosses to heal himself.
- The Rotten Flesh dropped by victims of the Scepter of Life Draining is no longer hardcoded. Instead, the drops are now set via the data/twilightforest/loot_tables/items/lifedrain_scepter_kill_bonus.json loottable.
- Knight Phantoms now use the same loot system as normal entities. Their drops all get collected and deposited into a boss chest when the fight is over.
- Changed Knight Phantom death particles from explosion to dust.
- Changed the Banner Pattern's Magic Map Focus color to be accurate with the one currently used.
- Glass Swords can no longer be made unbreakable or be given more durability by other mods.
- Tiny Bird and Dwarf Rabbit variants can now be created with datapacks
- The Knight Phantom boss fight title and boss spawner now refer to them in plural.
- Uberous Soil now creates Bonemeal particles when used.
- Uberous Soil now activates when placed below a bonemealable block or when it spreads below one.
- Uberous Soil now Bonemeals stuff planted on it's bottom side as well
- Changed Banisters to no longer cycle through their extended variants if a long banister is below them.
- Change Banisters so that if you place one below an extended Banister, the later will automatically un-extend.
- You can now shift right-click a Skull Candle to remove Candles one at a time.
- Added a whitelist for blocks the Block and Chain should always break when enchanted with Destruction. This tag ignores the mining level requirement of the enchantment.
- Changed huge oaks to generate with more Fireflies.
- Trollsteinn now lights up in your inventory if in adequate lighting level.
- Adjusted Rope placement logic (again).
- Remove the WIP Empty Canopy Bookshelf in favor of the new Chiseled Canopy Bookself.
FIXED:
- Fixed Trophy Pedestals not allowing Creative mode players to place trophies if they don't meet progression requirements.
- Fixed Huge Water Lilies and Huge Lily Pads being placeable on blocks other than water.
- Fixed Huge Lily Pads surviving when Dirt was placed below them.
- Fixed Huge Lily Pads not playing footstep sounds when walked on.
- Fixed Huge Lily Pads sounding like grass instead of, well... Lily Pads.
- Fixed portals created at a negative y coordinate in the Overworld not being detected by the code when trying to return, resulting in the creation of a new one.
- Fixed coordinate scaling being ignored while creating a new portal after failing to find an existing one.
- Fixed being teleported right back where you came from if you somehow get pushed back into the portal after using it. You will now simply stand inside it without it being activated.
- Fixed typo in teh config file.
- The Scepter of Life Draining particle trail now properly appears to come out of the scepter's orb while in first person.
- The Scepter of Life Draining particle trail now only appears if the target is actually hit on server-side, alleviating odd cases of the trail appearing for no reason.
- Fixed Scepter of Life Draining particle trail appearing when trying to hit a dead mob.
- Fixed the Ur-Fhast and Alpha Yeti Trophy particles spawning off to the side.
- Fixed the Questing Ram's culling by adjusting it so that it doesn't disappear when the player only has it's rear in view.
- Fixed instances where the Rope or Chain that is supposed to have a Firefly Jar generating so low that extends into the ground without a Firefly Jar at its end.
- Fixed Moonworm Queen's shot damage source not specifying the entity that fired it.
- Fixed boss chests being able to replace block entities and blocks that can't be pushed by pistons.
- Fixed Uberous Soil not decaying grass-like blocks below it.
- Fixed hollow oak trees generating inside structure bounding boxes.
- Fixed the Alpha Yeti going into rampage mode even if it wasnt actually hurt. What a crybaby.
- Fixed an issue where killing a specific Knight Phantom would result in the boss bar duplicating on the screen.
- Fixed enchantments carrying over during recrafting when even the armor pieces didnt match.
- Fixed Hedge Mazes rarely generating without proper paths.
- Fixed canopy trees sometimes failing to generate on corners in Hedge mazes.
- Fixed Scepter of Twilight and Moonworm Queen not depleting all their charges in a dispenser.
- Fixed Knight Phantoms not dropping loot when killed with commands.
- Fixed boss health bars being full when loading in a boss during it's dying animation.
- Fixed Scepter of Life Draining killing bosses without them spawning their boss chest.
- Fixed being able to accidentally eating placed Experiment 115 when holding Experiment 115.
- Fixed Hostile Wolves not targeting animals normal Wolves do.
- Hostile Wolves now support Wolf variants. These can only be seen when spawned with commands or transforming vanilla Wolves. They will normally only spawn as the pale version.
- Fixed the Block and Chain not smashing Decorated Pots.
- Fixed Trollstein always placing in an active state regardless of the lighting conditions.
- Fixed z-fighting on the Hostile Wolf.
- Twilight Portal generation no longer breaks unbreakable blocks.
