Added: -Shy Guy's Rage (Effect)

Changes: -Redesing the Shy Guy -Remade Shy Guy's Animations -Shy Guy gets angry when: closely looked at it, hurting him or having the Shy Guy's Rage Effect -Raytracing System for Shy Guy is bigger -Shy Guy only attacks players with the Shy Guy's Rage Effect -Looking at Shy Guy (When he's Angry, in Rage or sitting) gives you the Shy Guy's Rage Effect.
