The Shibuya Rule

The Shibuya Rule is a hardcore add-on for the Jujutsu Craft (Sorcery Fight) mod. Inspired by the high stakes of the Shibuya Incident, this mod strips major characters of their plot armor—once a key story character is defeated, they remain dead permanently and cannot spawn again.

Key Features

• Permanent Death Tracking: Defeated characters are recorded in tsr_hardcore_data.json and blocked from spawning naturally in the world.
• Faction Hardcore Game Rules: Toggle perma-death independently for different factions:
  • tsrSorcererHardcore (Sorcerers)
  • tsrCurseUserHardcore (Curse Users)
  • tsrCursedSpiritHardcore (Cursed Spirits)
• Global Hardcore Mode (tsrGlobalHardcore):
  • Disabled (Default): Only unique named story characters stay dead; generic mobs spawn infinitely.
  • Enabled: Every killed mob subclass (including generic Grade 4s) is permanently blocked upon death.
• Spawn Rarity Rebalance: Living Special Grades are much rarer to find naturally, while Grade 3 and 4 spirits spawn significantly more often to scale progression.
• Hardcore Integration & Admin Bypass: Rules enable automatically in Hardcore worlds. Spawning via creative mode, Spawn Eggs, commands, and dispensers bypasses perma-death restrictions.

Commands (/tsr - Requires OP)

• /tsr status – Displays the ALIVE/DEAD status of tracked characters.
• /tsr revive <character> – Revives a specific dead character (e.g., /tsr revive gojo).
• /tsr reset – Completely resets all death history.

Tracked Characters

• Sorcerers: Gojo, Yuji, Megumi, Maki, Yuta, Toji, Naoya, Uro, Ryu, Dhruv, and others.
• Curse Users: Kenjaku, Uraume, Awasaka, Juzo, Shigemo, Reggie, Hazenoki, and others.
• Cursed Spirits: Sukuna, Jogo, Hanami, Mahito, Dagon, Choso, Eso, Kechizu, Rika, and others.
