+ On multiplayer servers, an offline player's fast travel clock will now tick forwards at a rate of 0.1x the normal rate

* Greatly reduced the range of the random entry coordinates into Utumno to reduce storage disk usage

* Fixed a mistake in the friendly Galadhrim speechbank
* Fixed leaving a fellowship not automatically removing it from the shared fellowships lists on your own custom waypoints

+ Added updated Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), and Italian translations
* Fixed the British English translation not following US English in renaming some vanilla items
