Update 36.8

>>> Additions:
+ Added new 'Wicked Dwarf', 'Chetwood', and 'Shepherd' titles
+ Added a banner permission to control ender chests separately from other containers

* Corrected the 'Nobottom' road to 'Nobottle'
* Wicked dwarves now consider only Mordor, Angmar, or Rhúdel alignment for trading purposes (not Gundabad)
* Reduced the maximum speed of boars
* Mounts now have a cooldown for being healed with mount feed items

* Fixed boars, elk, rhinos, shire ponies, and zebras not having the chance to freeze still like horses when hurt
