This adds the green and yellow lantern rings with a dynamic "ring power (RP)" system with the following constructs:
- Block (texture unique to each lantern + temporary)
- All tools (in between gold and wood level)
- The suits
- A weapon unique to each lantern
- A potion effect unique to each lantern
it also adds a new interstellar beacon that when powered with the dragon egg (doesnt use it up) will summon a meteor depending on the filter (a coloured dye) that will give either a will power core of fear core to then be crafted with other items/blocks to make the ring and battery.
this will get updates every geological epoch so dont expect too much
