tech doohickies and thingymabobs

my first mod that i attempted to make a tech mod out of, enjoy!
uuuhhh nothing to say, its unfinished but i tried ;-;
this adds new machines for automation and production, new ores like neodymium and a whole MOON dimension which will be updated in the future with lore, structures and new planets
the current mod contains:
- simple circuities
- automated machines
- a moon dimention with 2 biomes and a structure
