1. Scope
These terms apply to the original code and original models, textures,
animations, sounds and branding distributed with this release, to the
extent that the project author holds licensable rights in those materials.
Minecraft, Fabric, third-party mods and shader packs remain subject to
their own terms. They are not licensed by this document.

2. Uses permitted without additional permission
You may download, install and play the unmodified mod, including on
private or public multiplayer servers.
You may include the unmodified official release in publicly distributed
modpacks. Preserve the author credit and this license; credit ItsR4WR
and link to the official project page when one is available. Prefer the
hosting platform's dependency references instead of packaging duplicate
mod files where that platform supports them.
You may record, stream and publish gameplay videos, screenshots and
reviews, including monetized videos and streams.
You may change the mod's normal configuration and include configuration
presets in a modpack. This does not authorize changes to the mod's code
or packaged assets.

3. Uses requiring the author's prior written permission
Modifying the mod's code or packaged assets, creating derivative releases,
or redistributing modified versions requires permission from ItsR4WR.
Standalone reuploads or mirrors of the mod, its source code or its assets
require permission from ItsR4WR. The unmodified-modpack exception above
does not permit offering the mod as an independent download.
Extracting and redistributing project assets for other projects also
requires permission. Gameplay footage and screenshots remain permitted
under section 2.
Selling the mod itself, claiming authorship, or removing author and
license notices is not permitted.

4. No endorsement or warranty
This is an unofficial Minecraft mod and is supplied as-is, without a
promise of compatibility with every modpack, shader, server or saved
world. Keep backups of important saves. These terms do not exclude any
rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility. This project
is not approved by, associated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

5. Other uses and translations
For permission, contact ItsR4WR through the official project page or the
account publishing this release. A later license does not automatically
replace permissions already granted for an earlier release.
The accompanying Russian text explains these same terms; this English
text is the reference version if translations differ.
