Ever wondered what if minecraft used rather gold and silver instead of emeralds as currency? Well, that's what this mod does.
Minecraft likes spawning around gold vines like they'd be as common as iron. But that's because it's impure gold, mixed with stuff like copper, iron, and other metals, so you'll have to make 24k gold in order to make golden coins for yourself (which are gonna make you rich). How? Simple:

Don't wanna waste time to make the much wanted bright yellowish-orange metal? Don't worry then, you can go search for silver, which is not that hard to find, considering it spawns from -28 to 84, and around 40 it spawns like iron. It may not spawn in large amounts in a place, but there surely is an ore every here and there.
Afraid of the dark? Don't worry, you can make both gold and silver coins by trading with the cleric villager many different items, from something as basic as paper to rare plants like glowberries. You can exchange silver and gold currencies with the new Banker villager, and also different gems, such as emeralds or diamonds. You can, ultimately, buy diamonds with golden coins, but you'd better have many!
