The Erebus

- Fixed Smoothies from setting you on fire and stacking being broken when consumed.

- Added event to check if players spawn on top of the bedrock ceiling - if so they are moved to the correct spawn position.

- Dragonflies should now drop players if there is a solid block above them to avoid player suffocation glitch.

- Added Mod specific Recipes to enable Erebus Wood Fences and Wood Gates to be crafted.

- Changed some rendering of mobs in Preserved Amber.

- Code Refactoring and some other fixes.
