Version 1.0.0 is the first public release of The Convergence: one enormous interconnected RPG skill web for Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric.

Release highlights

136 connected nodes with 386 possible rank-points and a level-70 progression cap.

Warfare, Hunt, Wayfaring, Survival, Industry, and Mercantile disciplines with hybrid routes, keystones, masteries, and the final Ascendant path.

Fully functional combat, movement, survival, mining, crafting, smelting, farming, forestry, fishing, wolf-companion, trading, experience, villager- discount, luck, emerald-drop, and arrow-recovery effects.

Persistent server-authoritative progression, multiplayer synchronization, death and reconnect persistence, and free respec.

A polished pannable and zoomable interface with node icons, tooltips, current bonus totals, original artwork, and a new project icon.

No telemetry, advertisements, online account, external downloads, or runtime AI services.

Install the mod on the server and every client for multiplayer.

Updating from alpha.26

Replace the old JAR with the-convergence-1.0.0.jar. The mod ID, attachment IDs, node IDs, and save format are unchanged, so existing progression remains compatible and no respec is required. Never leave two versions of the mod in the same mods folder.

Scope of this release

Version 1.0.0 makes no gameplay or balance changes from the tested alpha.26 build. It promotes that implementation with final metadata, original branding, public documentation, disclosures, licensing, and release packaging.

Only Fabric 26.2 and English text are supported by this release. Mods that replace the same vanilla mechanics may alter passive results.

Development disclosure

Development, documentation, and original artwork received substantial generative-AI assistance under Corey's direction and hands-on testing. No generative AI is used while the mod runs.
