Thaumcraft Fix

- Fixed and improved Thaumometer texture by IcarussOne
- Fix for the aspect tooltip display overwriting text by WaitingIdly
- Fixed a startup crash when Thaumic Wands is installed
- Fixed golem seals disappearing if the chunk they were placed in was unloaded without being marked as needing to be saved
- The magical hand mirror is now able to always be clicked on blocks like pedestals when unlinked, and while sneaking when linked
- Disabled the primordial pearl damage fix by default since it breaks addons and is only a minor dupe issue
