That Makes Sense Tweaks (Quality of Life)

• No gameplay changes, and every existing setting is carried over untouched. Config loading now discovers its feature categories automatically instead of listing each one by hand, so config files written by older versions keep upgrading cleanly as new features are added. (This was prepared as v0.2.1, which never shipped for this Minecraft version.)
• Mod Menu is now resolved from Modrinth. The previous host had begun answering requests and then cutting the download off partway through, which blocked releases; the jar itself is unchanged.
• Release builds now cache their dependencies and retry transient download failures, so a single flaky upstream host can no longer take out a release.
