Energy Compatibility Update

Added GTCE and IC2 e-net compatibility (configurable). By default, EU to RF conversion rates are 1 EU -> 4 RF.

A few bug fixes:

  • - Added missing heating capabilities to rubber items.
  • - Fixed NPE for not properly registered food traits in fridge.
  • - Added missing hevea boat textures
