new features & major changes (including those hidden behind feature toggles in previous versions):

* added generation of ancient, technologically advanced ruins in the depths of cold biomes

    - tweaked hammer/tool progression to make use of technology found in ruins

    - items found in ruins can be used for unique module variants & improvments, or they can simply be salvaged for valuable materials

* added claw module for double headed tools, can be used to salvage ancient technology (and to quickly break planks :) )

* added block interaction systems, some tools can be used to perform actions on certain blocks

* added block interaction HUD highlights

* modules & improvements can now apply effects to toolbelt slots

* changed toolbelt slot configuration to be more flexible (now uses ItemEffects instead of relying on filenames)

* added quickslot upgrades to various toolbelt modules

* added oredict support to tetra loot tables

* breaking geodes can now drop a wide variety of modded metals and minerals

* added upgrade support to some tools from immersive engineering

* converted tool handle into a major module and moved some enchantments from the heads to the handle

* added wrap improvement for handle

* added negative effects for some handle & hilt variants

* removed randomness for repairs, cost and repair amount is now 100% of corresponding values for the next module

 

config changes:

* added group field for improvements, improvements with the same group do not stack

* changed modular item predicate

 

fixes:

* removed tile entity domain warning

* disabled feature toggled blocks

* fixed hoe not taking damage

* the main hand item will now be the prioritized for use when crafting modules & improvements (if usable)

* fixed some file system issues

* changed silktouch enchantment to work better with other mods (fixes #44)

* fixed broken items still providing capabilities and effects
