• Added obsidian knapping, and a full obsidian stone tool set
• Added the Obsidian Macuahuitl, a stone age equivalent of a sword

• Removed tool tier requirements for mining TFC ores and minerals

Technical

• Added a variety of helpful block and item tags for use by addons and pack devs, such as:
  • A tag for all biomes with lakes consistently exposed to the sky
  • A tag for biomes that generate only as isolated islands
  • Tags for various categories of plants

Fixes

• Hyenas will no longer howl like wolves
• Add missing tags and cooking recipes for the new fish
