ADDITIONS
- Added Birch Forest Edge border biome
- Made all biome groups a bit more common as there was too much ocean

CHANGES
- Plateau River and Taiga River now spawn correctly
- Removed rivers in highest mountain biomes (temporarily)
- Increased smoothing radius of Ocean biome
- Changed mountain generation in Ice Plains and Ice Mountains to prevent walls next to Cold Taiga
- Roofed Forest is now slightly less common

BUG FIXES
- Fixed Ocean temples spawning in regular Ocean
- Fixed some smoothing issues
