Tensura: Unique Races

IMPORTANT: I have tested this only in single player while making it, so there might be some issues.

Features:

Once a player select a race it gets locked to them meaning no one else can take this race(The only exception is the Human race which is unlimted)

You can use the command /tensura unique Show 
This will show you all taken races and by who

A config option to set max player per race, you can set it to any number and it will cap the race to that
(Example: if set to 2 then two players of each race would be allowed)

A config option to set truly unique races, any race listed here will alway be limited to 1 player.

Regarding addons they should work but who knows what can happen (Always test yourself)

Note: due to how some races have evoultions to other races like how a Human can be a Vampire, by default this mod will lock each race to only its default evoultion path, However I made a config option to disable this

The reason why I locked it because if it's disabled and each player can evolve freely then a Human player can evolve to a vampire before  a Ghoul player do and claiming the vampire race to their name. Now if the Ghoul player try to evolve they won't be able to since the server sees that "Vampire" is already claimed leaving that Ghoul stuck as a Ghoul.

So you are free to do whatever you want.
