This addon will make each Cursed Technique usable only by one player
Meaning once a player joins they will be given a random technique from the technique list which you can modify to include addon techniques

Disable the binding vow Technique Sacrifice
Disable the /cursedfate SetTechnique command
Add a config file that allows you to add or remove techniques to your liking
(once all the techniques in the config has been taken any new player joining after that will spawn with no technique)
Add a /cursedfate Unique ResetTechnique (This is the only way to change a player technique right now)
Add a /curesedfate Unique CheckTaken (This will show a list of all taken techniques and their holders)

IMPORTANT : I have tested this only in singleplayer so I have no idea how it would behave in a server, I recommend to test first!
