Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Give Minecraft the atmosphere of Tensura World of Monsters from startup through entering your world. Tensura MainMenu combines animated scenery with working Minecraft menus and configurable presentation.
- Animated startup: A luminous crystal, orbiting particles, Great Sage messages and a completion burst follow real loading progress. The companion early-loader library carries the presentation into NeoForge's first window.
- A living title screen: Reflective lake water, rising title lettering, droplets, ripples and ambient sound surround the familiar Singleplayer, Multiplayer, Realms, Mods, Options and Quit actions.
- Scene transitions: Travel between the lake and destination menus. Enter a world through a dive into the rune wheel's light, then emerge into gameplay when loading completes. World generation and terrain synchronization have their own animated analytical seal.
- Themed everyday menus: Browse real worlds, servers and installed mods through custom registry, gate and archive presentations. Categorized settings, world creation, controls, resource packs and supported Sodium/Iris screens share the frontend styling.
- Radial pause menu: A seal-centered action wheel presents the actions available in the current world or server.
- Your preferred look: Choose from thirteen button designs and six fonts, with reduced motion, high contrast and keyboard/narration support. The Custom Interface hub links to installed HUD and GUI settings.
Compatible SmoothLoading versions provide additional opportunities to animate during supported startup/world-entry work. Settings are in config/tensura_mainmenu-client.toml;
Installation and Dependencies
- Minecraft: 1.21.1 (
minecraft[1.21.1]). - Loader: NeoForge 21.1+ (
neoforge[21.1,)). - Java: Java 21 or newer.
- Install on: The client only.
- Required mods: None. MainMenu runs independently of Tensura, ManasCore, Architectury and the other custom Tensura mods.
Early-window helper: To customize the initial NeoForge window, install this project's matching tensura_archive_boot loader-library jar alongside MainMenu in mods/ and set earlyWindowProvider="tensuraarchive" in config/fml.toml. Both the helper and provider setting are required for that earliest-window feature. The helper has no separate mod ID; later loading overlays, world-entry screens and menus are supplied by the normal MainMenu jar.
