Does just 1 thing, destroys spawner block after x amount of mob spawns.
Primary use is not allowing rpg mopacks to be easily cheesed by automatically farming mob spawners for loot.

I didn't test with mod spawners, but i add it to every block that has tile entity instanceof MobSpawnerTileEntity.
