Weather that happens to you: great storms, tornadoes, tsunamis that give the land back, meteor showers, hail, sandstorms, and a rainbow when the rain gives up. Server-side, so a vanilla client sees all of it.
Great storm — the sky stacks up dark and the rain comes down in sheets
Meteor shower — the night sky burns red from horizon to horizon
Tornado — a funnel walking across the water, tearing up whatever it crosses
Rainbow — the arc that hangs over the coast once the weather clears
Tsunami — a wall of water crossing the open sea toward the shore
Hailstorm — hail driving in sideways over the treeline
