switch over all telepad related data to the world. Player entities now only copy this data.
added waterlogging to telepads
rewrote all gui's from scratch
removed paging from teleport gui, you now can use the mouse scroll
improved ender bead and necklace lookup algorythm
rewrote the entire packet system due to how the world now handles all telepad location logic
teleportation logic is now fully under vanilla's hands. no more hacky ways to do stuff
sublib currently no longer requiered
