Tech Reborn Patchouli

Added recipes + toasts for the guide, making it obtainable in survival.

Also (hopefully) fixed the bug so that the book can be used in multiplayer.

Please note that updating to this version will invalidate the guide book if you have an old one in your inventory. This could not be avoided. The old books shouldn't corrupt save games, but make sure to get rid of them anyway.
