Fixed the 1.21.1 render mess without throwing away the perf work :]

  • Fixed guns disappearing from item frames and the gun preview randomly vanishing
  • Fixed shader compatibility issues with the custom render path
  • Kept the accelerated held-gun rendering optimizations intact
