Changes:

• Removed the frequent Faesaral commentary/chatter system entirely.
• Removed the constant comments about mobs, chests, rain, nighttime, and exploration.
• Restored Faesaral’s curiosity/world interaction from 9× back to the older 3× behavior.
• Removed the hard-coded 9× minimum, so the config works normally again.
• Kept Faesaral’s special dormant-symbiote aggression line, since that belongs specifically to the dormant-sample attack behavior.
• All other Faesaral features and the new meteor dormant samples remain unchanged.
