Swashbucklers!

-Fixed an oversight with the handcannons they no longer destroy bedrock and a new tag has been put in (forge:hand_cannon_can_not_destroy) for blocks which prevents damage by the hand cannon, this includes by default functional blocks(command blocks, redstone, beds/respawn anchors, workstations and storage etc...) and hard blocks like deepslate, blackstone and obsidian

-Change the hand cannon and hand mortar so that when mob griefing is false they do not deal terrain damage

-Fixed the steering and bouyancy on the Corvette, it now moves properly

-Removed install message
