What does this mod do?
Removes the check that forces players to be in creative if they want to use the debug stick. This allows the debug stick to be usable in survival
Other information:

- This mod is for fabric
- Is required on the server to work
- Is not required on the client (just the server), but will work in singleplayer
- This mod doesn't add a recipe to the debug stick because how it is crafted or given out should be up to the server admin
