An addon for the Ziplines: Rezipped! mod that contains Zipline placement items

Description

Superior Ziplines is an addon to the Ziplines: Rezipped mod, that adds craftable zipline placement kits using two-point targeting and connectible chains.

Currently there are 3 kits included:

Tier 1: 50 block range
Tier 2: 150 block range
Tier 3: 300 block range and goes on cooldown instead of being consumed upon use

Almost everything is configurable.
