Sulfur Torches

Adds back the old Sulfur Torches from XyCraft. Includes Sulfur Torches, Metal Torches, and Sulfur Goo.

Features:

• Sulfur Torch
  • Functions as a torch with light level 15.
  • Crafted with a stick and a blaze powder (yields 4)
  • Occasionally drops sulfur goo (every few hours or so on average per torch)
•  Metal Torch
  • Same as Sulfur Torch, but doesn't drop goo
  • Crafted with a sulfur torch and an iron nugget
• Sulfur Goo
  • Dropped from Sulfur Torches
  • Functions as a red dye
  • Also works as a bone meal replacement
