Simply use /subtlerain and a how many water source blocks you want to gen on land above sea level in 32 chunk radius around player while its raining

- The State of California has overstepped it's welcome with me with individuals, organizations, or special intrest groups making constant push to extend negitive user experiences to users outside of their state line, as such to avoid running afowl of whatever new ideas they may come up with as of march 7th 2026 users inside of the state of california are not permitted to use this mod in your server or otherwise using this mod in a way where it is being utilized while hosting online multiplayer experiences inside of California State lines. This means if you are in CA with this mod, Its singleplayer only. (the loophole is you do not host your server inside of California, this is the only way ill agree to you using this multiplayer as a california resident.) I dont want to have to build IP checking into my mods yet to ensure my software is not being misused by individuals. I reserve the right to revoke this mod's access to the public and file a takedown request if I come across its use in offense of my wishes.
