Command:
- /semodify (caves / void / TerrainFix / Biome / Area)

-> not recommended to use (admin build helper command)

- caves fill air up to y= 100 with water

- void clears all tarrain in area and fills it with water (bedrock to y=100)

- terrainfix adds bedrock layer and fills water to y= 100

- Biome fills the biome the player is in to ... subnautica ember biome (no terrain changes)

- area converts certain biomes around the player to ... subnautica ember biome and rest to crater edge (void biome)

(biome painter item does the same as the /semodify area when holding for the chunk the player is in)
