Description:

Subnautica Ember is a Minecraft mod inspired by Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero, focused on recreating a deep-sea survival atmosphere within a custom ocean environment.

Players begin in relatively safe areas and gradually move into more dangerous regions, where conditions become harsher and the environment less predictable. Exploration is a key part of progression, both across the world and into deeper underground cave systems.

Creatures are designed to feel active rather than passive, with behaviors that can change depending on player presence. As depth and distance increase, encounters become more frequent and more dangerous.

The mod also includes an infection system inspired by Subnautica, where interaction with certain environments or elements can have ongoing effects on the player, adding another layer to survival.
