Structure Spawn Point

Added an option to not teleport players that are in creative or spectator modes. A console teleport command will be sent instead so that those who want can still easily teleport to the structure at their convenience.

Fixed an issue where a player who is dead when the teleport happens might not get to the new world spawn at all, for example if they had a bed set they would respawn there and the teleport would never fire. Now players get teleported when they respawn instead.
