What's new
I fixed the phenomenon that the y-value of the structure was fixed to 0, resulting in the creation of a waypoint. Now, the structure located in the loaded chunk was created with the correct y-value, and the y-value of the structure located in the loaded chunk was fixed at 64 to create a waypoint.
